Terms and Conditions of Use
User Terms and Conditions for the OTOMATICO Service. Last updated: 15/08/2026
Otomatico Service
OTOMATICO is a platform that provides access to verified B2B opportunities for physical products and professional equipment.
The producer, manufacturer, or distributor (hereinafter referred to as the “USER”) will publish the products for which they wish to receive B2B opportunities.
Verified Opportunities
A verified opportunity is a potential buyer interested in the USER’s services who wants to start a sales conversation.
Price per Opportunity
The platform sets a fixed price per opportunity based on the complexity of the selected Audience.
In the event of a price increase, OTOMATICO will provide 30 days’ prior notice.
Opportunity volume
The platform allows you to maximize your opportunity volume or set a cap on it.
Sales conversations
OTOMATICO will manage conversations on behalf of the USER to generate B2B opportunities, introducing itself as a team member of the company. These conversations will take place across various channels, including phone, email, or instant messaging platforms such as WhatsApp or SMS.
To initiate outreach, sales communications and actions may be conducted through multiple channels: including phone calls, email, WhatsApp, social media (organic or paid ads), company or OTOMATICO websites, SMS, and other instant messaging platforms.
Opportunity coordination
Opportunities will be delivered by scheduling a phone call or video call between the USER and the interested buyer.
To facilitate this, the USER must connect their calendar to the platform. This connection allows meetings to be booked based on the USER’s real-time availability. OTOMATICO does not participate in these meetings.
No-shows (absences)
The USER must report buyer no-shows (failure to attend a call or video call) within 1 business day (24 hours) of the scheduled meeting time. Before reporting a no-show, the USER agrees to call the contact number at least twice to avoid unnecessary rescheduling. If the meeting is not rescheduled, it will not be billed. OTOMATICO will reach out on behalf of the USER to reschedule the call or video call. If the USER gets in touch with the interested party after reporting a no-show, they must inform OTOMATICO immediately to stop the rescheduling process. Failure to notify OTOMATICO will result in the opportunity being billed alongside an additional management fee with a 50% surcharge.
USER Unavailability
OTOMATICO allows you to set specific availability hours for scheduled calls or video calls. USERs can also block out time directly on their connected calendar to prevent bookings during unavailable slots. If a USER fails to attend a scheduled call or video call, the opportunity will still be billed. We strongly recommend blocking out holidays, vacation days, or individual days when you are unavailable. In the event of temporary unavailability lasting more than 5 days, the USER must notify OTOMATICO by email at least 15 days in advance. Account pauses cannot exceed 45 calendar days, and requesting additional pauses during an active pause period is not permitted.
Opportunity Discarding
The USER may discard opportunities that do not meet the criteria previously established in the Target Audience, either before or after the meeting takes place.
OTOMATICO will contact the prospect on behalf of the USER to validate the opportunity discard.
By discarding an opportunity, the USER authorizes OTOMATICO to share it with other USERs on the platform and publish it in the Request Center. Under no circumstances may opportunities be discarded based on undefined criteria, such as criteria not specified in the Target Audience, level of interest (budget, purchasing timeline, etc.), company revenue, previously undefined sales criteria, or companies/websites not included in the Exclusion List.
Request Center
Requests are published in the OTOMATICO Request Center across associated OTOMATICO websites (such as otomatico.es, otomatico.fr, etc.).
The Request Center allows buyers to submit their product or service requirements so that OTOMATICO can identify suitable potential suppliers and facilitate connection between both parties. Buyers may communicate these requirements by posting a request directly in the Request Center or by reaching out to OTOMATICO through any channel for assistance in finding suppliers for a specific need.
OTOMATICO may share information regarding these requirements with potentially suitable suppliers. Personal data and contact information will not be publicly visible and will only be transferred to suppliers when necessary to fulfill the request and facilitate the connection between parties.
Exclusion List
OTOMATICO provides an Exclusion List, which prohibits OTOMATICO from contacting any email addresses included in the list, as well as any email addresses associated with domain names on the list. This list will be reviewed before the start of each subsequent month if a USER adds new entry data. Data provided by the USER via the Exclusion List will be processed by OTOMATICO solely to manage the USER’s campaigns and will not be used, directly or indirectly, for OTOMATICO’s own purposes or for other clients. If OTOMATICO discovers the same data independently through other sources, it will not be deemed provided by the USER and may be processed in accordance with OTOMATICO’s standard services.
Opportunity Billing
OTOMATICO will bill opportunities in batches of 3 or invoice any remaining unpaid opportunities at the end of the month. Payments will be processed via a payment gateway (credit card). If an opportunity that has already been billed is subsequently discarded, OTOMATICO will issue the next opportunity as a Credit.
Invoicing
OTOMATICO will issue an invoice at the beginning of each following month for opportunities delivered during the preceding month. The service is not subject to any minimum commitment period. However, suspension requests will not take effect immediately, as OTOMATICO maintains active conversations with interested prospects at various stages of the sales pipeline. The USER acknowledges and accepts that OTOMATICO requires a 15-calendar-day notice period from the receipt of the suspension request to wrap up ongoing conversations. Any meetings generated after this period elapses will no longer be billed. Suspension requests must be submitted by email to

Non-Payment
OTOMATICO may treat an overdue (unpaid) invoice as cause for immediate service suspension. In the event of non-payment, OTOMATICO will transfer the USER’s data, unpaid invoice(s), outstanding amounts, and documentation regarding the provided services to a third-party debt collection agency.
Management, data and content conditions
Commercial management
OTOMATICO acts as a Data Processor on behalf of the USER to execute the Service governed by this agreement and throughout its duration. As part of this management, OTOMATICO may present itself to third parties as a member, collaborator, or colleague of the USER’s team, solely to execute the commercial actions described in these terms, such as contacting, engaging in dialogue, scheduling, rescheduling, validating data, or following up on an opportunity. This representation will occur with the USER’s knowledge and consent and shall not be considered identity impersonation.
Technical configurations
To ensure proper execution of the service, OTOMATICO may configure all necessary technical and commercial settings. This includes registering and using temporary domain names similar to the USER’s corporate domain, setting up redirects to the USER’s domain, creating email addresses, and using messaging scripts, images, documents (presentations, catalogs, etc.), trade names, logos, and other brand assets provided by the USER.
All messages and sales scripts authored by OTOMATICO remain the intellectual property of OTOMATICO and require express written authorization for any subsequent reuse.
Processing of personal data
OTOMATICO will process exclusively business identification data (full name), contact details (email, telephone), professional data (job title, company, role/functions), and publicly available data (accessible via company or third-party websites).
Professional contact details are sourced from publicly accessible repositories, B2B prospecting tools compliant with the GDPR, or directly provided by the USER, to be used solely for B2B commercial outreach campaigns.
Sub-processors include authorized personnel and third-party tools for email marketing, social networks, audience segmentation, email verification, automation, database management, CRM, and AI platforms.
OTOMATICO will transfer sales prospect data to the USER strictly for the execution of the Service under this Agreement. The USER assumes the role of Data Controller, committing to full compliance with applicable GDPR regulations and the protection of data subjects’ rights. OTOMATICO will establish a dedicated generic email address to handle privacy inquiries. The USER agrees to process personal data and opportunity information solely for the purposes defined in this contract; any secondary use is strictly prohibited.
OTOMATICO will manage data subject rights requests (Access, Rectification, Erasure/Cancellation, Objection, Restriction, and Data Portability) received during prospecting activities. Within a maximum of 60 days, OTOMATICO will erase all data pertaining to leads who have expressed no interest or failed to respond. To comply with the right to object and keep the USER informed of leads requesting opt-outs, incidents, or complaints, OTOMATICO will maintain and update the Exclusion List accordingly.
The USER guarantees that any natural persons acting under its authority are duly informed regarding the processing of their personal data for promotional and communication purposes. In the event of a personal data breach, the USER must notify OTOMATICO within 24 hours.
The USER grants OTOMATICO permission to reference its experience as a success story in press releases, case studies, and other marketing communications.
